Yep. They want $5k for a Kia Sephia with 211k on it.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
My favorite part of the ad?
“OVER $18,000 INVESTED”
No. $18,000 was thrown into a hole in the ground and then set on fire.
For the millionth time, rare valuable.
Good example of early ‘90s Korean-car-dashboard warping on the right.
I do dig those seats though.

I wouldn’t have paid that much when it was new.

Better be AWD LS1 powered after $18k worth of mods...

I can hardly believe it, but I still see a few of these from that generation puttering around. It did have a version of the Mazda B engine, so maybe that helps.

Can we crowdfund this for the purposes of being launched into the Korean DMZ via a giant trebuchet?

Looks like maybe 4 grand in mods. That’s if the audio, Interior, and apint were all done professionally

Those seats are pretty impressive, I admit. But the tint on the windows is too damn dark, and that racing stripe is awful. They spent $18k (LOL) making it look like crap.

Maybe if the trebuchet and transportation to Korea are included in that price.

The only way they spent $18,000 on that car is if they’re including the money spent on gas over 24 years.

I want an itemized list of the $18K “invested” and the home address of the idiot who spent that, so I can show up at their door and laugh at them.

I can’t even ... I tried to can, but I can’t.

clearly he knows what he has

Why would anyone use a Sephia as the base for $18,000 in mods? It’s still a Sephia, just with some stuff done to it.

I think he knows what he THINKS he has, which is slightly different.

Buying crap boxes and sprucing them up is pretty popular in some parts of Phoenix. Most of the guys that do it do the work themselves so it doesn’t cost them much. Crapbox hotrodding. A lot of these guys are into cars but have very little cash. What they do have are skills and in some cases good taste. The seats in that Kia look amazing.
This is being sold at a dealership, so they’re completely BSing the value of the mods. Some kid probably traded it in for $200 and now they’re fishing for a moron to buy it.

And the original 10-12,000 MSRP(holy crap!)

I’d rather take a Takata to the face.
